Projects I want Ideas or reviews on

I am currently writing two books. One is a historical Fiction named the Sound of Thunder. It is an alternate history of world war two suposing that the Germans had followed the Z-plan and not started the war until 1946. I wish to hear from all you history buffs on likely changes in tactics, weapons, politics, and treaties that may have been signed up unto that point. I am especially interested in your views on what the Soviet Union would be doing during this time.

My second book is more complex. It is a Sci-fi/fantasy novel. I will give a brief synopsis of the story. Please give me your reviews.

Titana was discovered 70,000 years ago when a colonaztion ship was sucked into a worm hole and transported to an uncharted section of the univers. The ship was heavily damaged and crash landed on a planet of astronomical size. The planets absolute density was relative to earth's but its diameter was one astronmical unit. It is orbited by seventy moons twelve of which are small stars.
It gains most of it heat from these stars. For ten thousand years humanity florished on this huge haven building a huge empire but never finding their home planet. Then they met the Axid. The Axid were an empire that had spread like a cancer throughout seven galaxies conquoring and enslaving every species they came across. War broke out almost instantly between the two fleging empires. The Axid slowly gained the upperhand in the war using weapons that destroyed entire planets. The humans and their federation in a last ditch effort to counter the empirialistic horde created the ultamate weapon, the Magua. Magua were members of the alien and human races of the federation that had their minds unlocked through cultural simulation programs that lasted for three generations. These soldiers could bend natural fields some could bend realality itself. The Axid were steadily pushed back. Until their home world was destroyed by the Magua. Yet the damage was done. The Axid had fallen but they had set forth a string of events that would guarantee the destruction if not of the humans and their allies but instead their civilization. In the chaos of continual bombardment of planetoids the Axid sent its last ship to settle on Titana and continue the war. With the Axid destroyed and the surviving planets of the federation strugling for their own survival and most of the populations fleeing the region of both the Federation and Axid the Federation of Titana fell into civil war and chaos. Most technology was lost on the planet of Titana but the magua remained. The Axid also remained and their undying vendeta. For sixty thousand years the Axid have fought a secret war with a group of magua known as the guardians. Empires have risen and died but the war continues. Now a new breed of magua are born. Can this new breed known as the collective bring peace and unity to this savaged world or do they bring utter destruction?
